The GYM will be your wife and the workout will be your mistress, Learn to enjoy the gym and Worship your workout. understand that PTI staff will push you beyond your comfort zones to the point where you my puke or collapse. Now i’m in no way saying to go full beast mode in the gym and injure yourself, so get a instructor to go through a program with you and get checkout by your GP (doctor) before under going any workouts.

My program is as follows( i do this 3 times a week)

  1. 5min warm up on cross trainer.
  2. bar bell bench press both incline and flat
  3. bar bell rows
  4. chin up and tricep dips assistance machine.
  5. press ups and sit ups (both using Zen lab apps you can download )
  6. squats and dead lift.

I do as much free weights as possible i don’t believe in machines, and body weight workouts. no fancy shakes or powders. just have a farmers diet drink plenty of water and cut out as much crips, fizzy drinks, alcohol and caffein as possible.
